Cadence creates functional, sustainable, and beautiful travel organization products that move effortlessly with their customers, empowering them to walk through the world feeling calm and prepared. As a small company built on integrity and quality, Cadence reached out to us to help them tell their brand story and educate potential customers about the value and use-case of their products, increase profitability, and achieve a lower CPA.
THE SOLUTION
We launched with two articles focused on how Cadence helps customers move through everyday life, supplemented with very polished close-up images of the capsules. Through dozens of rounds of testing, we learned that first-person, travel-focused hooks and product-in-use UGC shots resonated more with potential customers. This approach established a clear use-case for the capsules. We then analyzed feedback on our ads to tweak the winning article creatives and answer common FAQs, which drastically decreased CPA and increased ROAS.
